Eligibility to receive the Group Rate:

A minimum number of 16 players is required to be considered for group benefits.  Coupons and/or any other programs/promotions cannot be used towards group reservations (including Club EG or similar) as these programs do not permit advanced booking.

A shotgun start is available to 18-hole tournament reservations of 120 players or more and is subject to a $2.00 per player surcharge.  Groups playing 9-holes and/or have less than 120 players are automatically booked for tee-times.  See bottom of the page for more details.

IMPORTANT: Payment for tournaments and group bookings is due 14 days prior to the event and is considered non-refundable.  It is your responsibility to find replacement players for any cancellations.  Should the weather prevent your tournament from commencing, a raincheck (worth the full value paid) will be provided to each player.  Should unforeseen circumstances (such as Covid-19) prevent a player from participating on the scheduled day, a courtesy raincheck (worth 50% of the green fee value paid) will be provided to that player.  Rainchecks are valid for the current season only, without the possibility of extension.

Pre-payment is a hassle.  Is it worth it?

This policy is in place to protect our tee-times from over-booking and under-arriving, which is traditionally what happens in group reservations.  Recognize that you are being given advanced booking privileges and that payment ensures you are commited to your reservation.  As a trade-off, we will offer the following benefits to your group:

DISCOUNTED RATES: Up to 20% off your green fees (see above rates);

PREFERRED TIMES: Your preferred day and time is secured before we begin taking member/public reservations;

ORGANIZATION: Check-in at the counter is quick and efficient, and power carts are set aside (which are normally first-come, first-served);

FLEXIBILITY: Courtesy rainchecks are provided to last-minute cancellations (for any reason) valued at 50% of the green fee paid;

BONUS GIFT: Each player receives a gift from the Perth Golf Course!

How to Book a Tournament or Group:

Groups and tournaments that meet the above eligibility can request advanced booking by completing the form below.

If your group cannot comply with the prepayment requirement, we ask that you wait for the 10-day public-booking window to make your reservation.  In this circumstance, payment would not be collected prior to check-in but regular rack rates would apply (with some exceptions) and the regular cancellation policy would be in effect.  Also in this circumstance, a credit card would be required to secure the booking, and like any other reservation, that card would be responsible for any no-shows, cancellations or player reductions.

No substitutions.  Add Dessert to any menu option for +$4.00.  All prices are subject to 13% HST and 15% service gratuity.

Any food orders confirmed ahead of time is not refundable in the event of a last-minute cancellation (weather-related or otherwise) as the food will already be purchased and prepped by the club. 

All food and beverage offered to tournament participants is to be purchased from the golf club, including all alcoholic beverages (AGCO Act).

 

 Additional Services

We are thrilled you are considering Perth Golf Course for your tournament or group outing.  Choose the package that best suits your event.  As a thank you for choosing Perth, each guest will receive a few Perth Golf give-aways to help them play the round!  Should you require additional prizing for your event, we offer a 20% discount off regular-priced merchandise in our proshop (Titleist balls excluded).

Add range balls for each guest to warm up on our driving range prior to the round (+$4 per player). 

Assistance from our professional staff can also include on-course contest set up, scorecards and cart signage.  Please inquire in advance should you require these services ($).

    Bonus gift for charity tournaments: Your organization will receive a gift certificate for four (4) green-fee passes with cart (valued at $320) to auction off or use as a door prize! (minimum of 50 guests)

    ***13% hst and 15% service gratuity (on the meal portion only) is added to all tournament packages***

    Eligibility to request a Shotgun Start: Available to 18-hole tournament reservations of 120 players or more and is subject to a $2.00 per player surcharge.  If the minimum requirement is not confirmed within 14 days prior to the tournament date, the event will be converted to tee-times OR, to remain as a shotgun start, an extra fee of $25 per missing player will be applied to the tournament invoice.  Groups playing 9-holes and/or have less than 120 players are automatically booked as tee-times. Please note that the ‘hot lunch’ menu is not available to shotgun tournaments to due kitchen equipment limitations.
