- Up to 5 hours: $250
- Each additional hour: $35
- Cleaning Fee $75
- Stag and Doe: $175 (5-hour rental) with food purchase.
Includes music license, bar service, cleaning staff, seating for 110 people, dance floor, use of our sound system (if required).
- Celebration of Life: $125 with a minimum $400 food purchase (3-hour rental). Includes bar service and cleaning fee
- Business meeting/Training seminar: $125 with food purchase (continental breakfast, lunch buffet, etc). Includes access to a mounted television for presentations, microphone, access to tables and chairs. (Rates includes buffet service only. Additional fees for wait staff/bartenders, etc)
- Shoulder season events – ask for a quote!
