Wednesday Ladies Twilight Golf Returns for the 2018 season!

Begins on Wednesday May 2nd, and runs until Monday Sept 10th, 2018.
- May – August – 5:30pm shotgun
- September – 5:00pm shotgun
18-holes scheduled for Sunday, September 16th, 2018 at 12:00pm.
The registration fee is $65.00 and paid directly to the committee by cash or cheque. This goes towards league administration, the year-end dinner and prizing. Only those who pay this fee are eligible to win prizes including sponsor prizes, weekly draws and skills prizes. Although guests are welcome to come, they will not be eligible to win.
18 weeks (9-holes) + year-end tournament (18-holes) is $300 plus hst. Two Wednesday evenings throughout the season are cancelled due to tournament play – see below for dates and details.
Green fees must be paid at the start of the season (by May 16th) in full or by arranged payment plan, by all registered league members who are not club members.
Guest Policy: Guests are welcome. Regular 9-holes twilight rates will apply weekly – $20 plus hst.
Rain Check Policy: if you are a registered green-fee member unable to attend one week, a guest may play in your place free of charge. They must register with the Proshop. Rain checks will only be issued in the event of inclement weather when the course deems it necessary to cancel.
Pay in full by Wednesday, May 16th, 2018
5 equal pre-arranged payments due on the 1st of each month (a $10 service charge will apply). Post-dated cheques or credit card particulars will be accepted.
- Golf Only – 5 payment of $69.80 (hst incl.) on May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, September 1st.
- Golf and Cart – 5 payment of $101.44 (hst incl.) on May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, September 1st.
Power Cart Rental:
We are offering an optional seasonal power cart pass for $140 +hst, which includes the year-end tournament (a savings of 40% off regular rates). Should you decide not to purchase this pass, the regular cart rate of $11.95 will apply weekly.
Cancelled Weeks and Replacement Dates:
Wednesday August 15th, and Wednesday September 12th are cancelled due to tournament play.
Those weeks are rescheduled for Monday August 13th and Monday September 10th, respectively.
As not all ladies can attend these replacement nights, these rounds were not included in the season package and can be paid that night, if attended, at the reduced rate for registered members – $15 green fee and $7 power cart + hst.
