Garden salad with grape tomatoes, red onions, shredded carrot and cucumbers

Spinach salad of strawberries, pecans, feta cheese and red onion

Tomato Bisque with Italian toast.

MAIN COURSE
Choose Two:

Braised Alberta beef short-rib (boneless) with peppercorn gravy, redskin mashed and seasonal vegetables.

Seared Atlantic salmon with pineapple salsa, couscous and seasonal vegetables.

Roasted Ontario chicken supreme, redskin mashed and seasonal vegetables
-
Chicken breast, breaded and stuffed with broccoli and swiss, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

DESSERT
Choose One:

Warm apple blossom with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
-
Decadent chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate syrup
-
New York-style cheesecake with graham cracker crust and berry sauce

A seasonal fruit cup is available as an alternative for any dessert option.
WINE SERVICE
A glass of red or white house wine is included with all dinner selections.
RATES
Each three-course dinner, which includes wine, is $49 per person plus 13% HST and 18% service gratuity.
Confirmed numbers and payment (in full) is due no later than 10 days prior to the event.
A processing fee of 1.5% is added to credit card payments. There is no additional charge if paid by cash, cheque, debit or e-transfer.
LINENS
Upon request, we can rent linens on your behalf at a rate of $6 per table cloth, and $0.50 per napkin (a selection of colours are available).
Chair covers with decorative bands are available for $3.00 per chair (includes set-up and tear-down).
You are welcome to supply your own linens, napkins and chair covers as well.
