The stunning landscapes of the Perth Golf Course offers a truly unique setting for your wedding day. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to you and your guests in a comfortable and stylish atmosphere, creating a stress-free day, by handling all the small details of your ceremony, dinner and reception. OUTDOOR CEREMONY RATES $900 / $100
There are some stunning locations along the golf course for an outdoor ceremony and beautiful pictures. Since we are a golf course first and foremost, we charge a loss of revenue fee of $900 to compensate for the disruption of regular golf business. If a location was chosen that did not disrupt play, this fee would be reduced to $100.
Ceremony chair rentals are your responsibility; however, we are happy to make arrangements for you. Ceremony-Only events are respectfully declined, however, if your dream ceremony is held at an alternate location, dinner and/or reception-only events are welcomed.
Please note: All outdoor ceremonies would take place un-covered, unless a tent was rented at your cost. Should the weather not cooperate on your special day, the ceremony can be moved inside.
OUR BANQUET/RECEPTION FACILITY: RATE: $350
Our second-story dining facility nicely accommodates up to 110 guests for dinner including the head table, or 140 for a cocktail reception. It is equipped with a full-service bar and an outdoor upper-level balcony for use by your guests. (Please be aware, there are no washroom facilities on this floor. They are located at the base of the staircase).
DATE CONFIRMATION, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm the date of your wedding celebration, we require a deposit of $600 along with a signed Wedding Contract. 100% payment is due 96 hours prior to your event. This payment is based on your confirmed number of guests. Any additional services required thereafter will be charged by invoice and due within 24 hours after the event. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Greater than 90 days – full refund of $600 deposit. Between 21-90 days – loss of deposit. Less than 21 days – charge of 25% of the total estimated event cost. Less than 96 hours – charge of 50% of the total estimated event cost.
REHEARSAL AND SET-UP
The facility is available after 8 am on the morning of your wedding. Provided the facility is not already booked, rehearsal time or day-before set-up can be accommodated at a rate of $35 per hour, unless a rehearsal dinner is booked with us (minimum 15 guests), in which that fee is waived. Rehearsal dinners can be as formal or informal as you’d like. Consult with our Executive Chef for menu options. Special rates will apply to your party.
You may seat up to 10 people at your head table, or opt for a romantic Bride and Groom sweetheart table. For the guest tables, based on your total number of guests and your serving requirements, we will advise the most suitable set up and number of tables required. A floor plan will be provided to assist with your seating arrangement.
You may have your photos taken on any of our grounds as long as it does not disturb our golfing guests. Please consult with us prior to the event to familiarize yourself with appropriate locations. We would be pleased to recommend photographers; please contact us for more information.
WINE AND BAR SERVICE
We are aligned with Andrew Peller Estates from the Niagara wine country to fulfill our wine selections. Our house brands are $28.00 per bottle and can be served to your guests with dinner. We would be happy to carry a different wine brand of your choice upon request. A corkage fee of $20.00 will apply per bottle in addition to the cost of wine. Bar service will be available from the start of your event until 12:30am. Should you request it remain open longer, a charge of $35.00 per half-hour will apply, until 1:30am at the latest. Should total bar sales not exceed $1000 for the day (excluding wine with dinner), a bartender fee of $25.00 per hour will apply (minimum of 4 hours). In adherence to Ontario Liquor Laws, alcohol not purchased from our bar is strictly prohibited.
Our delicious menu has been thoughtfully created by our remarkable Executive Chef using the highest quality proteins and produce. Alternatively, a customized menu can be designed to appeal to your specific preferences. All allergies and dietary restrictions (gluten or dairy intolerance, vegetarian or vegan, etc) can be accommodated, with notice, at no additional charge. We offer a special children’s meal for guests up to 12 years of age. Please consult with our Executive Chef for options and costs. Menu selection is required at least 21 days prior and confirmation of numbers are due 96 hours prior to your wedding day. We ask that you prepare place cards for each of your guests, with an indication of their meal selection to help our serving staff create a seamless dining experience. This can be done using different colours, symbols or designs.
Your wedding cake must be prepared in a commercial bakery or by someone with their Food Safety Certificate. Receipt of purchase must be presented 96 hours in advance. The cutting and serving of the cake is included in your rental fee. Should you prefer to allow your guests to cut and serve themselves, we will gladly provide plates, cutlery and napkins.
The Perth Golf Course is equipped with a sound system should you decide to compile your own musical playlist for dinner and/or the reception. The club assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any equipment you supply (ie iPod, etc). You are welcome to hire a band or a DJ for the evening – we’re happy to provide you with referrals. There will be a SOCAN fee and ReSound fee of $100.00 added to your invoice, which are federally legislated fees that are levied whenever a dance or music is provided. It is submitted to The Society of Composing Artists by the banquet facility in which the event takes place.
TABLE LINEN AND DECORATIONS
As part of your rental fee you will be provided with use of our tables, chairs, flatware, china and glassware. Linen will be provided for all non-guest tables (cake table, buffets, DJ table, gift table, etc). A skirted table cloth will be provided for the head-table. Linen for guest tables, including table cloths and standard napkins can be rented from our contracted linen company (color of your choice, dependent on availability) for your reception at a rate of $6.00 per table cloth and $0.50 per napkin and includes set-up. White chair covers can also be rented at a rate of $2.25 each, including set-up. Chair cover sashes can be rented at a rate of $0.75 each and includes set-up. Centerpieces, table numbers and place cards are your responsibility. Confetti, glitter, rice, etc, are permitted however subject to an additional $250 cleaning charge if used. The use of nails, staples, glue or any like substance is not permitted on any walls, doors or ceilings. Unless pre-arranged, all decorations and items belonging to guests must be removed from the premises by the evening of your wedding. In the event belongings are left behind, the Perth Golf Course is not responsible for any losses or damages.

Included in hall rental fee:
Event planning and consultations; referrals; menu customization; complimentary parking.
Set up of room includes: Use of banquet tables and chairs; use of podium, microphone, and sound system; Dance floor and DJ table set up with linen; Cake table with linen and cutting of cake (served if requested); Bartender (provided bar sales exceed $1000, otherwise additional fee required); Set-up of After-glow buffet table with linen and Tea/Coffee station (included with all after-glow buffet options); Formal dining room set-up with flatware, chinaware, glassware, and placement of your center pieces and place cards.
Not included in hall rental fee:
Table linens are not included. Installation or removal of decorations, chair covers, lights, bows, etc. Additional charge for chair covers, and sashes. Outdoor ceremony chair rental, should chairs be required, are your responsibility.
As a thank you for choosing the Perth Golf Course, we will provide the newlyweds with a complimentary one-year couples membership to the golf course (valued at $2400), valid for the current season or the following season of the ceremony date (non-transferable) OR twelve complimentary green-fee passes (valued at $500) to be distributed to family or friends as desired.
